Take part in the 1st Photographic Marathon of the Grand Site de France Les Deux-Caps!
The challenge of this marathon targets the making of 8 photographs, crossing 8 themes and the 8 municipalities of the Grand Site de France Les Deux-Caps.
This Photographic Marathon is a competition open to amateurs of all ages, initiated or not in photography. It is based on an original artistic practice of photography associated with a cultural journey.
This is a digital photography competition. The photographs are taken with a digital camera, tablet or personal smartphone (No device will be loaned to participants by the organizers).
Each participant will have to take 8 photographs on 8 different themes in the 8 municipalities of the Grand Site de France Les Deux-Caps (Sangatte, Escalles, Wissant, Tardinghen, Audinghen, Audresselles, Ambleteuse and Wimereux).
The principle of the Deux-Caps Photo Marathon is simple: "8 themes + 8 towns = 8 photos"
The 8 themes will be revealed when you register !
When to register? From Thursday May 13 at 10 a.m. and until Saturday May 15 at noon.
Where to register ?
2 places of departure and registration for the Deux-Caps Photo Marathon:
- At the Maison du Site des Deux Caps - Ferme d´Haringzelle - 62179 AUDINGHEN (from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. & from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Not before Thursday 13 May 10 a.m.).
- At the ARTES Holiday Village "Le Cap d’Opale" - 40 Rue des Garennes - 62164 AMBLETEUSE (8 am to 8 pm not before Thursday May 13 at 10 am).
When to return your photos? You will have until Saturday May 15 at 6 p.m. to bring back your 8 photos.
Where to bring your photos?
At the Maison du Site des Deux Caps – Ferme d’Haringzelle - 62179 AUDINGHEN (from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. & from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday May 15 at 6 p.m. at the latest!)
Reminder: each of the 8 themes and each of the 8 municipalities must be presented!
